Congratulations for seeking help! If you are struggling with anxiety, codependency, lack of coping skills, depression, emotional disturbance, family conflict, peer relationships, relationship issues and/or self esteem and you are ready to seek professional help, to make positive changes in your life, you have come to the right place. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am here to guide those in need, advocate for the vulnerable and help people through adverse life experiences. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist /Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in Connecticut (License # 009597). In addition, I hold a CT state certification in school social work. With 30 years of experience, I have worked in schools/ in home /outpatient & child protection settings. I am experienced with IEP's & 504 plans. Personally, I am a parent & a stepmother. I'm a Type 1 diabetic, familiar with the struggles of living with diabetes. I recently wrote a book where I share my experience living with diabetes. The book's title is: IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT THE SUGAR-LIVING WITH DIABETES. It can be found on Amazon. I offer Individual Therapy, Family therapy, Advocacy & Life coaching
